7/11/2008 - I graduated from UCB in 1978 with a degree in anthropology and an MFA
in textile arts from California College of the Arts n 1995. I am
currently a professor at CCA in Oakland, where I teach art and am
Director of Fine Arts. I have one daughter, Petra, who is 20 and
attending New York University. I live in Berkeley, make art, write
articles on historical textiles, keep fit by dancing, and love to
travel.
